Clear as Day, Yet Fuzzy as Truth

24.25" x 24.25" x 3.5"

wood, paint, rubber, plastic, foam, cedar, misc. repurposed pieces, paint palette

I enjoy the subtle intermingling of texture and color within this piece. Color field shapes placed with color patterns created by paint palettes and dowel rods give it its own rhythm. Despite the sculptures’ contemporary history, somehow, when I look at this piece I’m thrown back to an earlier time.
